KIM TAVEIRA

Objective:

To help buyers and sellers through the often complicated process that is required to close a transaction. I am there from beginning to end and I am always available to talk, text or email. There are lots of forms, documents and negotiating that goes on behind the scenes, I take care of those things. I make sure that everything stays on track with all the parties involved, escrow and title.

Some of my duties include holding open houses, marketing properties, showing homes, preparing all necessary forms, communicating with everyone involved, attend all inspections and the appraisal, as well as the final walk thru. My role is to handle as much as possible and to ease the stress related to the whole process.

Experience:

• Over 30 years of escrow experience from 1985 to 2005
• Notary Public from 1987 thru 2021
• I acquired my real estate license in 2018

This totals 38 years of experience with closing real estate transactions. I have the unique ability to navigate through the process by knowing all the requirements and sometimes the hurdles that can pop up. Escrow and title can be overwhelming and that is where my years of experience can benefit my clients.
